I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and our experience with her nature class. My son (10) and daughter (7) enjoyed the 6 week nature class immensely!

It was the perfect supplement to our homeschool adventures. The guide/curriculum she created for the nature detective class was beautifully designed. The blurbs provided were short, digestible and informative. They included illustrations as well as space for the participants to make notes and observations. And the hikes themselves were just delightful! My son discovered a salamander, my daughter inquired about dozens of plant species, and mom even got to hold a toad!

Jen is patient, sweet and SO funny. Her little lectures and lessons during the stroll inspired questions and dialogue from the kids, and helped them make connections through analysis built on the knowledge they’d gained on previous hikes. Thank you, Miss Jen, for the muddy adventures and hands-on learning. 

Jennifer is such a wonderful educator. We started with her when my youngest was only 2, and I was a bit worried that she wouldn’t be able to attend to the various activities. However, I needn’t have worried as Jennifer allowed her to explore and engaged her in whatever she was discovering.

Her knowledge of ALL things nature is amazing and I learned quite a bit myself. She applauds children’s natural curiosity and drive to learn, and facilitates further exploration without hindering their own journey.

I can’t recommend her classes and expertise enough!
